In reply to Feral Falmer. I totally agree with you! It's crucial to have a thorough and unbiased investigation into China's trade practices. We shouldn't make any decisions without solid evidence.

I hope that the investigation into China’s trade practices is thorough and unbiased. We need to gather solid evidence before making any decisions.

We need to protect American steel and aluminum industries, but I’m not sure if tripling tariffs is the best approach. It might escalate the trade war between US and China.

In reply to trula.huels. I completely agree with you! China's lower-cost steel is a result of their more efficient production processes. It's not fair to blame them for the high US steel prices. The US should focus on improving its own production methods instead of trying to impose tariffs.

FINALLY, SOMEONE IS STANDING UP TO CHINA’S UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES! I FULLY SUPPORT BIDEN’S DECISION TO TRIPLE TARIFFS ON CHINESE STEEL AND ALUMINUM.

This is just a political move by Biden to win over blue-collar voters! I don’t believe he genuinely cares about trade fairness!

China’s lower-cost steel is simply a result of their more efficient production processes. It’s not their fault that US steel prices are so high.
