In reply to daisey.hartmann. I get what you mean, his acting wasn't exactly Oscar-worthy, and the show was definitely a bit cheesy. But you gotta admit, Chuck Norris as a cultural icon and martial artist was something else. Sometimes it’s more about the legend than the performance.

Chuck Norris was just some cowboy with a beard—who got lucky with TV! His acting was wooden; and that ‘Walker, Texas Ranger’ show was kinda corny, if you ask me…

I just can’t believe it. Chuck Norris was supposed to be immortal! Remember the memes? Guess even legends have to rest someday.

Hmm… not sure how I feel about his politics— but you can’t deny the guy was a martial arts pioneer! And he brought a lot of joy through his films and shows…

RIP Chuck Norris, a true legend both on and off the screen. His fight scenes were iconic and he inspired so many with his strength and resilience.

I didn’t even know he was this old! 86? That’s a good, long life. Hope he’s at peace now with his family. Loved his roundhouse kicks as a kid.
