Absolutely, it’s a terrible situation. These folks manage our skies and keep us safe, yet they’re left struggling financially. If this keeps up, not only will their morale plummet, but safety could be compromised too. Congress really needs to get their act together.

Yeah, it’s crazy how the shutdown is affecting everything. I had no idea flights would get canceled just because of some funding fight. The airlines should at least inform passengers better, it’s super frustrating.

I get that safety is priority, but calling a 3-4% cut a ‘catastrophe of epic proportions’ seems a bit much. It’s annoying but not the end of the world. Congress needs to get their act together and sort this budget mess ASAP.
