Yeah, because blowing up shipping lanes is somehow supposed to look like “defense.” Iran’s leadership is playing a dangerous game, but the US also has to stop acting like every problem can be bombed into submission. Civilians and the global economy always pay first.

Rubio’s out here talking diplomacy while the strikes keep doing laps overhead, and somehow everybody’s supposed to clap. Meanwhile, both sides are behaving like they lost a bet with reality, and the bill is still landing on regular people every time they visit the gas pump.
