Its heartbreaking that after 11 years these families still have no answers The governments failure to solve this crime shows how deep corruption and impunity run in Mexico

The article mentions that there are 43 missing students, but I had read elsewhere that the number might be different, so I’m a bit unsure about the exact count. Additionally, I’m curious about the sequence of events—did those students actually initiate the whole situation by stealing buses, or is there some misunderstanding about what really happened? I’m feeling quite confused about who exactly is to blame in this situation and would appreciate more detailed information to clarify these points.

It’s tragic how drug violence ruins so many lives… But these activist students should have been more careful—sometimes protesting can be dangerous in places like this!

I don’t trust any of these official reports. Governments lie to hide their mistakes. These poor students probably died because the military and police were complicit from the start.

In reply to eliza.kiehn31. It's heartbreaking to see such injustice persist for over a decade. The families deserve closure and the perpetrators must be held accountable. Mexico truly needs stronger protections and transparency to prevent these tragedies.

In reply to Saruman the White. It's heartbreaking to see how deeply entrenched corruption is when even the military hides the truth. The families deserve closure, but with no convictions, justice seems like a distant dream.

I hope the families get justice one day… Every missing person deserves to be found… and those responsible punished… Mexico deserves better…

This case exposes how criminal and corrupt the system is when even the military withholds info and no one gets convicted. True justice feels impossible right now.

Honestly, I think these protests won’t change anything. The cartels control everything, and politicians are just puppets. It’s a sad reality but true.
