Totally agree! It’s like they’re racing to build the fastest AI chips but forgetting the planet that keeps us alive. If even half those billions went to green energy, we’d see real change. Why pour so much into tech that barely benefits the environment when climate change is urgent?

I totally get your concern. It’s crazy how these huge data centers can drive up electric bills for everyday folks. Hope they figure out cleaner, cheaper ways to power this AI boom without leaving families struggling in the cold.

Yeah, it’s pretty wild! We often forget that all these fancy AI systems rely on some really old-school stuff like stable electricity grids.
