I get where you’re coming from about protecting national interests, but we have to remember these people are fleeing really dangerous situations. Just cutting them off without a plan might do more harm than good for everyone involved.

I think there should definitely be some exceptions to TPS removal. The situation in countries like Haiti and Syria hasn’t improved enough yet. Softening the rules a bit could help those in real danger stay safe.
