What kind of American Judge who lives here in America want illegals who gain funds, benefits, etc. and our American veterans are homeless. Is this America or how do you go against the President of the United States. Come on people, wake up I have worked all my life sine 14 years old never go food stamps, never any kind of help. my mom was a factory worker. What I have I worked hard for. I this a Obama/Biden judge?

Judges appointed by different administrations often bring their own biases, and in this case, it seems to be about blocking Trump's agenda rather than objectively interpreting the law.

I heard this expedited removal was supposed to be for people caught right at the border… so expanding it to anyone inside the country is crazy… Good call by the judge.
